Doctor Bio

Dr. Ryan Perry is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic spine surgeon who offers advanced care for pain, injuries, and disorders of the back, neck, and spine.

A graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Dr. Perry completed a family medicine fellowship opportunity at the ProMedica Toledo Hospital and WW Knight Family Medicine Center in Toledo, Ohio. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville. He returned to Michigan for his rotating internship training at Prime Healthcare Garden City Hospital before completing his orthopaedic surgery residency through Michigan State University in Garden City and Detroit as well as New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Perry then completed extensive subspecialty training in orthopaedic spine surgery at the University of California, Irvine in Orange.

Dr. Perry has extensive training in minimally invasive techniques and the newest, most proven, and safest procedures in spine medicine to give his patients the absolute best options for care.

When Dr. Perry is not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with family and outdoor activities, such as sports like hunting and fishing. His family owned a charter fishing company as he grew up, and he has fished and been on the water his whole life. He also enjoys volunteering as well as working on building things with his hands, whether it be woodworking, working on cars, or working on electronics.
